# Start an AI-powered user interview

> How to initiate an AI-powered user interview.

AI-powered user interviews help you personally interview thousands of users simultaneously, gaining deep insights into their needs within minutes.

The interview starts with one predefined question, and Kraftful will generate follow-up questions based on each user’s previous response.

## Set up your interview

1. Click ‘Create new’ in the top right corner of the Survey page.
2. Select ‘Interview users with AI.’
3. Enter your product.
4. Select one of four predefined questions or enter your own question, then click ‘Create.’
