Start your analysis by uploading your user feedback or connecting a source from which Kraftful can periodically collect your feedback. Our integrations include popular platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, App Reviews, G2, Trustpilot, Intercom, Zendesk, Front, Hubspot, Helpscout, Slack, Discord, Fireflies, Fathom, Delighted, Dovetail, and more. You can also use Zapier for additional integrations. If you have feedback in CSV or DOCx formats, you can easily upload these documents to Kraftful.
