Automatic collection and analysis
Once you have connected your sources of feedback, Kraftful will periodically collect and analyze it:- Call transcripts are collected immediately after the call.
- G2 and Trustpilot reviews are collected weekly.
- All other feedback (app reviews, support tickets, etc.) is collected daily.
Insights
Kraftful processes the feedback to generate actionable lists of insights that depend on the source. Support tickets are analyzed to show you:- Top feature requests
- Frequently mentioned features
- Complaints
- Categories mentioned
- Top feature requests
- Loved features
- Complaints
- Competitors mentioned
Filtering insights
Select one or many sources to view all the insights, and use Kraftful’s advanced filtering options to drill down into specific insights and focus on the most relevant information. You can sort insights by:- Projects – to see insights listed based on the projects they have been added to.
- Type of insights – to see feature requests, loved features, or other categories grouped together.
- Mentions – to first see insights that got the most or least number of mentions for prioritization purposes.
- Source – if you selected multiple sources, you can sort your insights based on the source they came from.
- Project – to only see the insights that have been added to a specific project.
- Type of insights – to only see your feature requests, loved features, or another category.
- A specific word – by typing a word into the field above the insights.
