Organize Kraftful insights
How to organize & manage Kraftful insights.
Think of Kraftful as an assistant on your team that summarizes all the data so your team can collaborate and take action on the insights.
The insights are completely editable, allowing you to customize them based on your product strategy.
They can also be organized into Projects, be used to generate user stories that can be synced to Jira or Linear, or strategic PRDs.
Edit insights
You can edit each insight by clicking on it.
An insight can also be deleted by clicking the three-dot menu on the far right side of the table or merged with other insights by ticking the boxes in front of all the relevant insights and clicking the ‘Merge’ button.
For competitor mentions, you can exclude a competitor from the three-dot menu and Kraftful will know to ignore that competitor in your future analysis.
Edit mentions
Click on the three-dot menu next to an expanded mention to:
- Move the mention to another insight that you believe would benefit from the context in the mention.
- Remove the mention if you don’t find it interesting.
- Exclude the author to remove all mentions by this author.
User stories
You can create a user story with acceptance criteria from any insight in Kraftful.
Click the three-dot menu next to an insight to generate a user story, or select the checkboxes for multiple insights to generate multiple user stories in bulk.
Once a user story has been generated, you will be able to sync it to Jira or Linear by expanding the user story.
Projects
You can organize your insights into Projects that host insights and user stories.
Projects can be prioritized into Now, Next, Later, or tagged with custom labels.
Kraftful automatically generates projects for you when you first connect a source based on your insights.
However, you can edit the AI-generated projects, create your own projects, manually sort insights into projects, or auto-sort new insights as they come in.
PRDs
Within each project, you can generate one or multiple PRDs based on insights and/or a topic.
After generating a PRD, you can edit it, export it as a PDF or Markdown, or share a deeplink to the PRD with your team.
